3. Technology and Software licensing for reinforced rubber products

TANIQ develops dedicated software for reinforced rubber products. This software is specially developed for the rubber industry and helps rubber product manufacturers to optimize the reinforcement structures of their reinforced rubber products. By using this software our customers can profit from all TANIQ's technology, know-how and experience which is embedded in this software. A license on TANIQ's technology and software has two versions. A basic version which enables you to manufacture specific products designed for you by TANIQ and a more advanced version which also enables you to make new product designs yourself.

TANIQ designs and production software on your Scorpo™ robot

For most rubber product manufacturers TANIQ 1. develops the product, 2. sets up the production process including TANIQ’s Scorpo™ robotics, and 3. finally supplies a software package on a licensing base, including the product design and production programs for their part. In this case TANIQ can put the programs of your products on your Scorpo™ Reinforcement Robot. When you require new designs, then we can make these for you and upload them to your equipment through our online portal.

Make your own designs and production programs with Reinforced Rubber Pro™

For manufacturers who want to make their own product designs TANIQ is working on the beta version of a dedicated software program, Reinforced Rubber Pro™. With this tool you can:

• Adjust your TANIQ product design
• Make new product designs yourself
• Upload new product designs made by TANIQ

Examples of input parameters are: pressure resistance, thickness, length, diameter and material choice. Examples of output parameters are: a reinforcement design, a mandrel design and a production program for your Scorpo™ Reinforcement Robot.
