Reinforcement solution for every shape

With our technology each rubber product can be optimally reinforced, by determining the optimal shape and calculating its unique corresponding fibre path. For complex shaped rubber products the fibre angle is not constant but changes according to the shape. Most manufacturers do not have the required knowledge. The knowledge required to find the best reinforcement is not commonly available. The manufacturers who do have certain knowledge on this subject, can still not fully exploit this because the conventional methods do not allow to apply the fibres on their optimal paths.
