TANIQ has invested in the development of an improved design and production process for rubber expansion joints with full rubber flanges. Now we have an efficient and repeatable production process, and successfully tested prototypes, we decided to offer our design and product concept to the market.

TANIQ offers engineering software and production equipment for the production of rubber expansion joints with full (faced) rubber flanges. Within 15 minutes you can make any custom joint design and be ready for producing it automatically on a robot set-up. All materials – rubber, reinforcement and pressure tape – are applied by the robot. The flange plates have to be applied manually. The currently designed production set-up is able to produce expansion joints up to large diameters (e.g. ID= 3000mm).
